A gentle, external abdominal therapy that restores the uterus to its natural position, releases tension held in the pelvic bowl, and invites a profound return to the body's own wisdom.

I offer Womb Hara Massage — a body-centered practice supporting women in reconnecting with themselves through intentional touch, presence, and care.
My practice draws on menstrual cycle awareness, natural fertility education, herbalism, and cyclical living — foundations that allow each session to honour the rhythms and stories carried within the body.
Honey Womb was created for women who are ready to return to themselves.

Common Questions
Womb massage — also known as Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy — is gentle, external work on the abdomen and lower back. It releases pelvic tension and supports natural alignment and flow to the reproductive organs.
Any woman who wants to reconnect with her body — to ease menstrual discomfort, support fertility, process trauma, or simply receive slow, intentional care. You do not need a medical diagnosis or referral; willingness to arrive is enough.
Slow, warm, and deeply held from the first moments on the table. Most women feel immediate ease in the abdomen; some release emotionally, and many leave feeling rested in a way they had quietly forgotten was possible.
Many women feel a meaningful shift after their very first session — a quiet sense that something true has moved in the body. For deeper or longer-standing patterns, a series of three to six sessions is common, and you and your body will know together when the work feels complete.
Yes. Womb massage is not performed during the first trimester of pregnancy, during menstruation, within six weeks of abdominal surgery, or if you have an active IUD in place. A full intake form is completed before every session so your care is always informed and held safely.
Sessions are held at Violet's private studio — a quiet, prepared space designed for rest, warmth, and integration after your time on the table. The studio address is shared privately in your booking confirmation email.
